The bags
What is the Drop Clip?
The Drop Clip is the teardrop-shaped swivel snap hook at both ends of every ZORVANI strap and key leash. It is zinc alloy with a matte terracotta coating. Every bag has two fabric loops for it, so any of our straps fits any of our bags.
Can every bag be worn all three ways?
Yes. Each Drop and Droplet can be worn on the shoulder, crossbody or on the chest — you only change the strap. In the shop we group the bags by the way we think they work best, based on their size.
Which strap comes with the bag?
Every Drop and Droplet includes one Everyday Strap (25 mm webbing, adjustable 75–130 cm) in the bag’s colour. It works crossbody and, shortened, on the shoulder. The shoulder, chest and other straps are sold separately.
How much can I carry?
Each bag page lists a recommended load: up to 1 kg for the Droplets, up to 2 kg for the Drop 3 to 5 and up to 3 kg for the Drop 6 to 9. Please keep below it.
Are the bags waterproof?
No. None of our fabrics is sold as waterproof or water-resistant. A short shower is usually fine for nylon and ripstop, but please do not rely on the bag to keep things dry.
Is the faux leather real leather?
No. Our “Smooth” pieces are polyurethane-coated faux leather and contain no animal leather.
Do the bags help with back or shoulder problems?
We make no health claims. A ZORVANI bag is a way to carry your things in the position you prefer. If you have a medical question, please ask a health professional.
Orders and payment
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK) and Swiss francs (CHF). Prices follow your delivery country; you can switch at the top of every page. Every price shows its currency code.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. Your statement will show ZORVANI.
Do you have discount codes or sales?
No. We do not run promotions or discount codes; the price you see is the price.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number, or use Withdraw from contract here.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
We deliver to 18 countries in North America and Europe with a tracked service, at one flat rate per country. The full table is on our Shipping page.
How do returns work?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the EU, the UK, Norway and Switzerland also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Everything is explained in Returns & Refunds.
